Faculty and Staff
No matter how enlightened the philosophy of a school or child care center, the real experience comes down to people. This is what sets CCC apart. The unique nature of our community is reflected in our faculty and staff: their tenure with CCC, their rich experience as teachers, and their demonstrated commitment to excellence and — most importantly — to children.
Ninety percent of our teachers hold a degree in early childhood education or a related field and almost 20 percent hold advanced degrees. Our average teacher has taught at CCC for 10 years and has 15 years’ experience in the field of early childhood education.
Teachers stay at CCC because it is an exceptional place to teach and work and learn. You can tell a lot about the quality of education at CCC by looking at our community. Not only do one-third of our teachers have children enrolled at CCC, but nearly one-third of the families who select CCC have a parent who works in education. People who know children and value education choose CCC.
