PAT NELSON, Executive Director, joined CCC in August 2004, bringing 20 years of experience working with nonprofit human service and community mental health programs, most recently as the coordinator of the Center for Parents and Teachers and the Concord Carlisle Community Partnership for Children. An active participant in the Concord community, Pat is a member of the Concord Town Finance Committee, treasurer of the Northwest Suburban Health Alliance, and co-chair of the Regional Early Childhood Advisory Council. She also participates on the advisory board of the Concord Area Preschool Association. Pat holds a Master’s degree in education and a certificate in nonprofit management and leadership from Boston University.
JOANNE SAIDEH, Administrative Director, joined CCC in 1983 as a teacher. She was the program director at the West Concord site (then the Harvey Wheeler program) for more than 10 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education and a Master’s in education administration from Lesley University.
MELISSA PERDUE GALLO, Business Manager, joined CCC in 2016. Prior to joining CCC, Melissa was a Project Manager and Office Operations Manager in Partners in Health and also served as Business Manager at First Parish in Concord. Melissa received her B.A. in English and Speech Communication from Case Western Reserve University.
JENNIFER SAXE, Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator, joined the CCC staff in 2011. Prior to joining the staff Jennifer was a board member and co-chair of the CCC Development Committee. She has worked in nonprofit fundraising since 2000 in the U.S. and Europe. Jennifer holds a M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Soviet Studies from the University of Florida.
CANDICE CAMPBELL, Administrative Assistant, joined CCC in 2017. She brings over 10 years of experience in events and marketing, including with Lesley University and Barefoot Books. She holds a B.A. in Women's Studies from Simmons College and is working toward her M.A. in Early Childhood Education at Lesley University.
