Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to frequently-asked questions about applying to Concord Children’s Center. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact the CCC Enrollment Coordinator.

Can I request a specific site in my application?

Families are asked to indicate their location preference in their application, and we do our best to accommodate each family’s request. 

Is CCC a year-round program?

Concord Children's Center is a year-round program.  We have a school year program that runs from the end of August to mid-June, and a summer program that runs from late June to mid-August.  We are closed for one week in August between our summer and school year programs for professional development. We close for major holidays and offer optional week programs during the weeks of Christmas and Concord Public School February and April breaks. 

Can I schedule an on-site visit?

We encourage families considering enrolling their child at CCC to visit either or both of our sites. Please contact CCC Enrollment Coordinator Laura Bulino by email or phone on (978) 369-6790 to set up a visit. . 

How do I request an application?

Applications are located on our Admissions page or you can request an application from the CCC Enrollment Coordinator

When do I fill out an application?

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year were due on January 8. Families interested in getting their child on the waitlist for next year should please submit an application and a $50 application fee. Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will be available in fall 2024.  

Where do I send my application?

What if I miss the deadline?

Families who miss the deadline for submitting their application for the following school may apply for their child to be put on the waitlist. To do this, please submit an application and the $50 application fee to CCC Enrollment Coordinator Laura Bulino.

When will I be notified if my child has been accepted?

Notifications of enrollment decisions for the 24-25 year will be mailed to families on February 7, 2024. Children whom we are not able to accept will be put on a waiting list, and parents will be notified as space becomes available. In our experience, children frequently do move off the wait list.

When do I need to send my enrollment deposit and confirmation?

A one-time enrollment deposit of $400 is due by March 6, 2024, together with your signed enrollment agreement. For families accepted after this date, enrollment deposits are due upon acceptance. The enrollment deposit is returned in June of the last year your child attends the program.

What scheduling options are available?

The Concord Children’s Center offers a very flexible schedule to meet the variety of family needs.  Parents may choose a schedule, which varies between 3 mornings to 5 full days per week; however, hours must be the same week to week.  Each family should work out their schedule with their Program Director.  Please refer to the Application or Tuition Brochure for arrival and pickup time options.

Do you offer tuition assistance?

Yes, tuition assistance is available through a generous grant from the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, support from the Trinitarian Congregational Church, and the generosity of several CCC community members. For more information please contact Pat Nelson at (978) 369-3747.
