2025-2026 Admissions

We have completed the application process for the 2025-2026 school year. We have a few specific preschool openings and are also accepting applications from interested families to be put on our waitlist. To apply for one of the preschool openings or for our waitlist, please complete the application below and return it to CCC along with your $50 application fee.

2026-2027 Enrollment Season Timeline

  • Late October 2025: 26-27 applications available for new families.
  • Saturday, November 15, 2025: enrollment open houses at our East Concord and West Concord locations.
  • Mid-December 2025: 26-27 applications distributed to current families.
  • Early January 2025: due date for 26-27 applications.
  • Early February 2026: 26-27 admissions notifications sent out.

Please note: we do not carry over our waitlist from the previous year. All families must apply for the 26-27 school year, including those currently on the waitlist for the 25-26 school year.

General Admissions Information

We welcome applications for admissions year-round and maintain a waitlist should an opening become available mid-year.

Our children remain in the same classroom for the full school year. This creates a consistent and peaceful classroom environment where children, teachers and families can build long lasting, meaningful relationships.

CCC offers tuition assistance for qualified families — to apply, please submit a tuition assistance application along with your regular application. We also offer a five percent discount for siblings and for Town of Concord employees (including employees of the Concord Public Schools).
