Concord Children’s Center employs a teaching model that assumes all members of the education team are responsible for classroom and program quality, including engaging in developmentally appropriate practices; participating in curriculum planning, NAEYC assessment, and community building; developing strong family relationships; and supporting CCC’s philosophy and practice of inclusion. We believe that this is a strong model for educating young children and supporting families over the course of the entire day.
