Accreditation
In 1985, CCC was one of the first 19 programs in the nation to be accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC accreditation is a national, voluntary system that measures the quality of all types of preschools, kindergartens, and childcare centers. Accreditation provides a powerful tool through which early childhood professionals, families, and others concerned about the quality of early childhood education can evaluate programs and compare them with professional standards.
Reaccreditation with NAEYC takes place every five years. CCC was most recently reaccredited in 2025, receiving the Accreditation+ designation, NAEYC’s highest level.
