Annual General Meeting

All CCC community members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of our non-profit corporation. All attendees will have the opportunity to vote in the slate of Board members for the 2024-2025 school year and hear the annual reports from our Board committees. The tentative agenda is as follows: 

• Approval of June 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes
• Annual Reports from Committees
• Election of 24-25 Board of Directors
• 6:45 p.m.: First Meeting of 24-25 Board of Directors
• Election of Board Officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Clerk)
• Other Business

The meeting is expected to end at around 7:30pm, and all are invited to reconvene at 7:45pm at the West Village Tavern for a post-meeting celebration.
