Concord Children’s Center has a few specific part-time and full-time openings for the 23-24 school year in preschool classrooms at both our East Concord and West Concord sites. Contact Enrollment Coordinator Candice Campbell for exact times and more information.

Celebrate Concord Children’s Center on March 25 was a wonderful community night that raised over $33,000 in preliminary income for our children and our school! Over 200 people attended the evening which included a tribute to retiring Executive Director Pat Nelson. A very special thank you to the evening’s sponsors and donors who contributed to the night’s success. Thank you also to all of our parents, teachers, Board members, alumni parents, alumni, and Concord community members who attended the event and supported the evening.

Our January newsletter provides an overview of a recent workshop for CCC teachers on gender-expansive children and updates on CCC Reimagined and our upcoming spring event, Celebrate Concord Children’s Center.

Our Fund for CCC Giving Challenge closed at the end of Giving Tuesday and was very successful! The classrooms at each site with the highest rate of family and teacher participation are:

• Emerson: Infant 3 Room with 60% of its families and teachers participating 
• Ripley: 4-5’s Room with 63% of its families and teachers participating 
• West Concord: Heart and Diamond Rooms with 100% of the families and teachers participating

To date, over 72% of our families have already donated to the Fund to CCC. However, the real winners of the Challenge are our children who directly benefit from your generosity.

You can still make your donation – the Fund for CCC runs through the end of the CCC fiscal year on June 30. Donating on-line is quick and secure.
